Does Anyone Use Any Form Of Essential Oils In Treatment?
I have recently received a starter kit from Young Living - and curious if anyone uses any of the Essential Oils stuff in treatment? Either in diffuser, drinking it, etc.?
I belong to a Facebook group "using essential oils safely". Look them up and ask to join. I can't find the list they have on breast cancer but I know fennel and sage clary was on the no no list. I find a lot of conflicting info so it's so confusing!
Note, the first part of my last post was not my words, it was copied leading to the link. I am by no means an expert,, in fact I'm a beginner when it comes to essential oils and everyone should do their own research and check with their doctors.
One things that goes around and around online is the myth that lavender and tea tree are estrogenic and that is not true and you can find more info in our files here. https://www.facebook.com/notes/new-using-essent...
Here's what I found out about lavender and tree tea oil. As you can probably tell, this is a new hobby of mine and I'm trying to find out as much as I can before I do too much damage!
Peppermint oil helped me a great deal! I smelled it, massaged on my forehead...it didn't affect my skin but you might want to use with coconut oil.

Here’s a link to one site I found. I don't like that I shouldn't use eucalyptus. I'll find the link to another place that has a longer list and doesn't list eucalyptus. Note this site says not to use oils on radiated skin and here I've been using them on my chest to even out skin tones.
