You gotta say and do what I do with these docs!!! They forget that we’re paying them for a service. It’s not free!!! Granted we’re at their mercy but there are other drs out there!!! If I had a dr not answer me I’d fire him!!! And tell him why!!!! Give him a realty check. And tell him he needs to check his god complex too!!!!

Hi I get stiffness in hips and legs when I get out of bed - I feel like my mother said she did in her 90s - I find that doing some exercise helps- I have an old video from when I had primary breast cancer - its short and gentle and works. I am also getting lower back pain which I have had before and got rid of . I am really pleased to hear I am not the only one as I have been given the impression from medical folk that its just me. So much so that I thought it must be the result of and injury. I am going to try sports massage and see if that works- although I am worried about doing it too close to treatment in case I do more harm.
