Has Anyone Had Fat Taken From Their Abdominal Area And Put In Their Breasts With A Needle Due To Breast Implants Causing Rippling Of Skin?
I had bilateral mastectomy with implants placed and now my breast area looks saggy
My plastic surgeon suggested he take some fat with a needle from my stomach area and injected into my breast
My PS would love to do the grafting on me for Reconstruction but in Canada it’s not covered under our Health plans yet. We would have to pay for it ourselves if we want it done this way. I’m sending prayers to everyone.
I just had this procedure done today! I had a dent above one implant. He took belly fat (I didn’t have much, and it’s definitely sore), inserted into the dent area (which doesn’t hurt at all).
Another path on our journeys. Ask questions...ask about recovery..side effects. I learned I might not end up with equal items. 😳
@A MyBCTeam Member ...Can you provide more info on this for me? I am doing a double masectomy and decided on reconstruction but weighing my options have recieved a referral for. Plastic surgeon waiting on consultation
I saw something about that on the YouTube , check it out I have been researching a lot of information because I am planning on the reconstruction with the DIEP fat transfer from my abdomen .
