No I used https://dermavitality.com/ all natural a couple to a few times a day and it honestly didn't get red until day 15 and only in areas I didn't do as much, make sure you get under your arm and the side as good as you get everything else. They have a 20% off coupon on your first order and I ordered their chap stick which the best ever and the Aromatherapy which wickedly helped with nausea. Ps. one tube of the breast cream is more than enough

Hi Julie192:

1) Hope that you have lined up his replacement for your 6 month checkup already.

2) Stubborn, isn’t he....lol...from a different era when doctors could not be told anything.

3) So you are going to see you gynecologist in one month and she will help....
4)***I would go online and find some cording exercises and start them yourself. It will help.
You really need someone certified for lymphedema to help with cording. If you have no one in your area, perhaps you can do it yourself and then get a referral to a PT who does specialize in upper arms etc.

5) I did a do it yourself online for cording as mine was bad and I got a referral but had to wait for appointment evaluation for 2 months after surgery. Then that person was booked up and wanted to see me during radiation therapy and I said no.
Did not go back to her....

6) Am now dealing with fibrosis and breast lymphedema. They discovered this in August with my 1 yr mammogram and ultrasound. Had to wait til end of September to see a new PT lymphedema specialist.

7) As above relates to you, you need to get your cording addressed. I do not have complete arm movement straight up on lumpectomy breast side and have been assigned exercises to correct this...
Do not know if this arm problem was a result of original cording or from radiation or both...

Please let us all know as you progress.

he said we don't have a lymphodemia therapist in town anyway. It's just your axelia tendon. What did you think was going to happen. I was just dismissed as he wasn't going to deal with it. I guess it just wasn't bad enough. In a month or so I see my gm woman and she is REALLY GOING TO TAKE CARE OF ME. Small town and only one hospital but it must have been bad here because he sent me an hour away for the Chemo doctor. Onco dx said 19 so I didn't have to fight with anyone and didn't want to do chemo. Now today, I am one week done with radiation and going to start Letrozole. Oh boy, more fun side effects. I have started taking Dr. Christopher's herbal calcium to ward off the ostio as I'm fine now and red rice yeast will keep my cholesterol in range somewhat but don't think I want start taking another pill to counteract the side effects it causes. dammed if you do and dammed if you don't.
