Darn, Darn, Darn.... ****Pharmacy Switched Me To A Different Manufacturer For My Letrozole...Did Not Ask Me Or Tell Me.
So, it has been stated that different manufacturers of AI’s of same AI can have different effects.
Called pharmacy and they said that I have been on 4 different manufacturers of Letrozole since March of 2023.
Well, I have been on Letrozole by Breckinridge since June. Talked to pharmacist and said that I wanted to go back to the manufacturer before this one

I research everything. You really can't trust anyone with your treatment. It's sad to say but they tell you that you have a team all working together for you is bull. Be alert,ask questions, it's your life depending in it
Adding, some pharmaceuticals add different fillers in their drugs, and I have a friend with allergies to some fillers. She has to have some of her prescriptions compounded because of this.
As if we don't have enough to worry about. We have to be diligent.
Don't understand why they do these switches. We have to be our own doctors.
Doctors might write generic to get everyone a lower price.
But, we now have to watch to make sure that we do not get different manufacturers that are under the generic umbrella.
