None of this makes sense to me either. Women need to know they just can't put their trust in doctors to do everything correctly, we need to know the whys and whats about everything. We are not a damn science experiment for them to do as they please . WE are in charge . WE let them do what WE allow and they need to explain everything even a woman doesn't ask questions.

Charla, please let us know what you find out at your appointment tomorrow. There may be a logical reason, so make sure you ask until you understand. Take paper and pen to write down what your doctor says . Preferably, take someone with you who also can hear the explanation and maybe can ask questions that you may not think to ask. Most doctors truly want to do what is best for their patients.
