I have been on anastrozole for a year and a half. I used to take it in the day time, but I was experiencing a good bit of fatigue so I started taking it at night. That seems to work better for me, but everyone is different.

That's when I started taking mine. I'm a little tired in the morning but by midmorning to noon, I'm feeling refreshed and ready to do things.

I was instructed by my Dr & Pharmacist to take it at night.

I take it at the time I have an appointment at my Cancer Center !

I just finished radiation so haven't started the Anastrozole yet. I'll probably start on Monday 1/22. Just trying to decide what time of day to take it based on other's experiences.
