I have started having really bad bone and joint pain. Sharp pains at different times as well in different places in the body. Anyone having these side effects while taking Exemestane. I am having a bone scan to rule out reoccurrence in the bones.

I am trying to find out more about alt therapies like the ones you described. any edibles recommendations for pain/nausea/fatigue? I never use weed gummies but willing to try since I really don't want to use pharmaceuticals!

I have not taking Exemestane. But I had horrible bone and joint pain thru all Chemo/ Radiation. I did Cranial Sacral massage, it helps the Nervous system. I found out about Red light Therapy after the fact but Red light therapy mats , help Alot ! I bought a portable cold plunge for pain and it helped. I also did not accept pain pills because I don't do pharmaceuticals for myself, so Edibles were my friend ❤️ No judgement, I just refused to feel that 24/7 . I laid on clay ice packs Alot. I am so sorry you are experiencing this. Any questions on what I said, please ask. In my thoughts & prayers 💖
