Yes this question comes exactly at the moment I was thinking of asking the same thing.
And yes I am cold all the time. I’m still wearing my beanie even if it’s 70 degrees out because my head gets cold with the short hair after chemo. And even turning on the heat when no one does 😠 I guess that’s our new reality but I am glad that I am not the only one. Thanks for asking 🙂

Even in warm weather, I need my arms covered at night in my pj’s , even if it’s just thin cotton.

I think that I get cold in the evening and add a corduroy shirt if the temperature outside drops to 50’s over what I am wearing or long joggers and switch out of shorts.
Need to have socks on. Even if only the No see ones for sneakers.

Also need long pj bottoms at night sometimes, even if they are just cotton or light polyester.
Plus socks…
Otherwise, I stay awake.

Of course if it is in the 80’s , just need sleeveless pj tops and pj shorts..

Same with being cold except the extreme heat waves... it's 84 out n I am wearing shirt leggings socks robe n go sit outside when I can.. crazy.. year before I would have been in my bathing suit in the pool..
