Yep. I am wondering. Some women have real diarrhea issues, and some women have faster metabolisms and why do some women not benefit from the drugs and find more recurrences? If you have diarrhea issues, drugs will be eliminated before having a chance to properly digest.

Exactly @A MyBCTeam Member I value the opinions and experiences from women here than I would ever a doctors. They write scripts and know how to read scans but they have zero experience in dealing with this disease. They even go as far to minimize our side effects. 'It must be something else causing it', 'I'm prescribing this now so it should help'. Drugs drugs and more drugs are the answer to everything. It really pisses me off. WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER. Doctors are in it with drug companies.
I actually was put on an antibiotic for my long lasting diarrhea. I had c-diff ten years ago and I am susceptible to colon issues. I take the Align probiotic and it actually has helped me a lot.
