If I Have A Bilateral Mastectomy And Lymph Node Dissection On The Affected Side Do I Still Need Prophylactic Medication Post-op?

I was told if I was lymph node positive I'd need radiation after a mastectomy. After surgery they will do Oncotype Testing. 0 to 25 means NO chemo. 26 to 100 means chemo. My score was a 9. That means I have a 3% chance of recurrence in 9 years without chemo but with Hormone therapy.
