My naturopath sent me a few supplements including honokiol with magnolia extract that controls my crazy hormone levels. I encourage anyone to work with a naturopath or functional care doctor who does testing that I haven't seen a conventional MD do yet and looks into the underlying causes of what's going on with our bodies and not just a quick fix with miserable side effects. Unfortunately, insurance doesn't cover any of it of course.

My holistic dr. Suggested DIM less side effects, basically does the same as aromatase inhibitor.
