Hello Everyone. So My Question Is Anyone With Silcone Breast Implants Did That Fluff Out (get Alittle Rounder) After A Few Months

For me knowing I got them in more than 6 months feels like one implant is big the other one is small asked my plastic surgeon is like can't do anything at all
