I was premenopausal also, and stop having a cycle with chemo (3 drops) since Nov 2011 and have found that my uterus had thicken and needed a endometerial biopsy which the gyn thought would come back negative, did. He said the thicken comes from Tamoxifen and can become cancer and would just need to be monitored yearly for this.

I was menopausal when I was tamoxifen. If he is on vacation I would ask her to refer you to someone else.

My endometrial lining got to be 2cm or 20mm. Just had hysteroscopy, polyps removal (Thank you tamoxifen,not) and a D&C. Not feeling right after that this far. Not looking forward to three more years of problems.

I was put on tomoxifen the week after my tumor.then the tumor was removed the following day.time pain was minimal and I had very Minor changes,I healed as best I could hope for.i hope it continues.
