I had my segmental mastectomy on November 13th. I'm still sore and have sharp pains. Sometimes they are very painful. But they don't last long and its not constant. I'm curious how long they may last since your still having them. My Oncologist said it can be a year or longer.

I just have minor tenderness, so you should double check for sure. If nothing else, you won;t have to stress about it if you get some answers.

I had mine in May of 2014, then radiation in July and August. I have a tiny bit of tenderness, but not much. And I just had a hematoma biopsied and drained which caused most of the tenderness I have now. You should talk to your drs about it to make sure everything is ok.
