Looking For A Life Insurance Company That Will Accept People With Stage 4 Cancer. My Other One Dropped Me After My Diagnosis.
My old life insurance company I used to have for me and my husband, through my old job, dropped me last year shortly after I let them know what was going on with me medically. See, I was apparently behind on two payments, which was strange because payments had always automatically been deducted from my payroll through the school system I worked for. I don't see why life insurance companies can cancel your policy if you get sick! After all, that is why you bought the insurance in the first place! I think you need a lawyer.
Your employer is responsible for this error. You may want to speak to a lawyer
I had a friend who was diagnosed with cancer terminal and she found a insurance company that would issue her a policy but she had to survive for two years sadly she didn't make it and the company reembersed her family for the premiums that she had paid in I would just start calling everyone good luck
I am pretty sure they are liable if they made the error and did not take out the payments.
