Started Having Sharp Pains On The Right Side Of My Head.

Sharp, intense pain comes and goes quickly. No other symptoms with the pains. I had 5 Taxol with allergic reactions so last week I started a Taxol substitute Abraxane. No allergic reactions, just the same side effects as Taxol.

So glad the pains are gone and
Glad you called and let them know - now it’s documented and and if it happens again, they will know it isn’t new.
( and hopefully you will no longer have the sharp pains in your head) .

Sometimes, our ONC needs to see that something is ongoing to order a scan, etc. ( my scan was after a couple of months with the issue).

Spoke with my Onc today and since I haven't had symptoms in 2 days she didn't think much of it. If it happens again, call the center and let them know.

I get cold spots in the right side of my head. No headache and it isn’t really a stabbing pain. More like an “ice cream headache”. This started soon after I started Letrozole. We even did a brain scan and found nothing.

Yes, call your Onc. It could be heart related. It could also be fanthom pains were your breasts were, but there is never any harm in going in and discusiing with your Onc. A phone call at the very least. Please let us know how that goes. Hugs, Paula
