Yes, there are individuals who undergo a weekly regimen of carboplatin and paclitaxel (Taxol) for 12 weeks. This combination is often used in the treatment of breast cancer, including triple-negative breast cancer. The exact combination and schedule can vary based on the specific case and doctor's recommendations.

For managing side effects of paclitaxel, some tips include:
- Rest as Needed: Take time to rest to help your body heal and fight cancer.
- Take Nausea Medication: Have anti-nausea medication ready and take it at the first sign of an upset stomach.

If you experience any side effects, it's important to inform your healthcare provider.

Also ask them if you can are they going to give you any pre meds nausea vomiting etc being this is going to be your first infusion. I did some research and the taxol infusion is given before the other one. They are not combined in the same iv bag. Not to scare you but the first what I call chemo cocktail is done very slowly. If you feel anything not right let them know immediately. For now sleep as well as you can and I will pray for you tonight that all will go fine. Rest well my sister.
