How Long Can One Expect To Feel The Swelling And Discomfort In Reconstructed Breast, Especially Under Arm, Seems Very Swollen
I had dorsal lattisimus flap, back not sore, just feels numb. It’s not even 4 weeks and chest starting to feel less tight.
What kind of reconstruction did you get? There are a lot of factors that affect how long you won’t feel right. I had implants placed subpectoral in September 2023. It still doesn’t feel right to move and I think they haven’t completely fallen to where they’re going to be but I don’t have swelling. The under arm swelling sounds concerning like maybe lymphedema.
I Was Diagnosed With Invasive Lobular Cancer And Have Had 2 Surgeries. Nothing Really Hurts Except The Lymph Node Area. Is This Normal?
How Many Weeks Or Months After Second Stage Reconstruction Does It Take For Your Implants To Settle In And Look More Like Normal Breasts?
