No side effects for me so far, unless fatigue is related. I've always been tired.

Mild side effects for me include a little queasiness and slight hair thinning. For me, eating a small meal and taking the Letrozole at the SAME time every day seemed to help. Drinking plenty of water helped with the slight chalky aftertaste. Overall, the benefits outweigh any minor side effects IMHO.

Glad you're not having any other side effects. Sorry about the fatigue. Ah fatigue.....I know it well! I just purchased a Short Sleeve Graphic Tee emblazoned with the words "Permanently Tired" in caps! The word "TIRED is in white letters in a bright red box. For me, it's perfect to wear on those days when I'm just too exhausted to verbalize to others the level of energy I have that day for whatever crap is coming my way! It was only $7 @Walmart.com. It's odd that it only came in MENS' sizes though--as if WOMENS don't know about being tired. Look for it under the Walmart clothing category of humor.

I'm taking Anastrozole which is also a hormone suppressant. I'm having no side effects at all. According to my oncologist, 50% of people have no side effects. Don't be scared by all the possible side effects listed on the info sheet that comes with your prescription. Many people have either mild or no side effects. If you do have some, then talk to your oncologist and they can address them or change you to a different hormone suppressant.
