Also, which brand of Letrozole were you taking?

I take it in the am, however, that has been my routine- I can’t compare dose timing. I still need melatonin and magnesium glycinate. If I wake up, I cannot go back to sleep so I quietly begin my day. Any attempt to return to sleep causes frustration. Hope you can find some rest.

At first I had no side effects other than hot flashes which I expected. Now one year later, I'm having insomnia but not every night. Last night I didn't go to sleep until 3AM. Got up this morning around 7:30 and had breakfast. Sat down at the computer to check emails and started getting sleepy. Went back to bed and slept until almost noon. I'm retired, so no problem with being able to sleep late. I just sleep as late as I need to. The insomnia is frustrating but it isn't every night and having my cancer come back would be worse. I'm living with the new normal.

I've had intermittent insomnia. I take Letrozole from Aurobindo currently. It may have been from somewhere else previously. I try to get to bed early so that I can lay around if necessary. I also take Claritin and Pepcid at bedtime. Both of which are sedating.

Yes. Gabapentin plus melatonin help me sleep. I take my letrozole at night, if I take it in the daytime I have extreme fatigue in the afternoon.
