I follow a lot of the guidelines in Dr Kristi Funk's book, Breasts: the Owners Manual. And coffee actually has some beneficial properties, I also add some organic cocoa to it! Hugs!

Esther4,
You still get to drink your coffee!!
According to a scientific article I read (on coffee, tea, caffeine and risk of breast cancer) , "[there is ]...no substantial association between caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee and tea consumption and risk of breast cancer in the overall cohort." Cohort is just a fancy study word for group or groups of people (in the study). Found the article on the National Library of Medicine here is the link:https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC41.... Hope this helps!!
