Hello again Barbara , I’m married to a retired dentist and he has some concerns about me taking Alendronic acid as it can affect teeth. I’m reducing my dose and having a bone density scan this week to see if I even need it if not taking aromatase therapy . I still take CalcioD . Have given up on the Examastane etc., as I consider my risk score fairly low.

Thank you Barbara ! I’m inclined to agree - at my age it’s quality not quantity. Over the years I have learnt to manage and live with the fibromyalgia but the side effects of all three aromatase therapies on top is physically and mentally too much. I really appreciate your opinion.
I am told that there is a great deal of research going into less unpleasant treatments , so fingers crossed .

Hi B , I have tried Letrozole, Tamoxifen, Examastane and cannot tolerate them, I’ve had fibromyalgia for 20 years and the combination is unbearable. I may have to stop the therapy and hope for the best !

Lorraine, D3/K2 are sold separately or combined. You can look them up on Amazon. I don't have the bottles near me right now to see the brands, I never was picky about the brands of vitamins though.

@A MyBCTeam Member is there a brand that is most recommended for the D3 K2 ?
