Every article I have read so far about losing weight while on hormone blockers says its possible but a lot of exercise is needed and most of us are unable to do that. So now I am really concerned as I think my weight will continue to increase and I will never get rid of it.

Im sorry you are experiencing the weight gain as well. Thank you for sharing as I don't feel so alone in the struggle. I start to wonder and weigh (no pun intended) staying on the meds and struggling with weight gain and all of the things that go along with that. I think ok its great its lowering my cancer recurrence but will I end up having a heart attack or stroke? When does the side effects start to overtake the benefit? I am yet to hear any of my doctors give me answer on that.

I know @A MyBCTeam Member but this is bad. I was already 40 lbs too much and now 25 lbs added to that. If this doesn't stop I don't know what else to do. No amount of exercise can fix this, I already looked.
