Oncologist suggested lumpectomy and maybe radiation. Hormone therapy definitely.

I will not do anything without complete sedation. The biopsy was very painful.

I was diagnosed with Invasive Ductile 'Carcinoma in 2012. I too had lumpectomy, sentinel node removal and radiation. I was also prescribed Tamoxifen but couldn't stand the side effects so my doctors took me off of it.

Same diagnosis as me. Look up your options and be familiar with each one. Walk in prepared to be your own advocate. Sentinel Lymph Node procedure. If they are doing this ask for numbing lidocaine cream. Otherwise it’s very painful.
