I purchased my shirts from Amazon. They were great and needless to say I used them all the time. As far as the pillow goes, I went to ESTY order it from a company called Pink Pepper. Fabulous company! She also has shirts with the inside pockets. She’s a very quick shipper too. I had my bilateral five weeks ago and I hope yours goes as well as mind did. I’ll pray for you 🙏🙏

I just bought button up shirts and had someone somewhere pockets in them. There are several sites out there for mastectomy clothes but they are expensive. I just got a mastectomy pillow to use in the car and when the grandkids were around.

Carol103 I had a mastectomy pillow that I used all the time for quit sometime after my surgery in the car for sure. I had a bed that raised but also used pillows around me and a pillow for airplane travel for my neck.
I didn’t have to worry about pockets because my surgical bra had built in rings that held my drains. Just made sure I wore button up pjs and shirts! Good luck! Praying all goes well!

It seems to help me when laying in bed propped up with a wedge, button down pajama top that isa cool fabric, and having pillows on each side of me to hold up arms made it comfortable for me. It's easy to get someone to sew a couple of pockets inside two pajama tops. Sometimes it felt good to open my shirt and put a warm pack on my chest for comfort.
Also, the pain med helped with keeping my anxiety down and I was able to relax. I drank plenty of water.....and eat jello, pudding, and took lots of fiber pills to keep regularity in my system.
