Hi Teresa,
I used Paxman cold cap. I finished my chemo on 3/29/24 - I now have about 3 inches of hair.
I only kept 10% of my hair but think it made a big difference. I never got to see myself with bald head. I now wear a headband with a bow - the 10% hair + the bow makes it look like a have hair tied on a low pony tail.

Other women who used other cold cap ( I think penguin) was able to keep 40% - 60% of their hair.
