Is It Okay To Eat Fruits With Antioxidants During Chemo?

Yes it’s ok. This is an outdated theory that there will be interference. It’s been proven now that there is no interference whatsoever and that instead, some antioxidants help your normal cells to be better protected against chemo.

I was told eating food is fine, but do not take supplements.
